Keyword Density For Google Panda

With the latest changes in Google Panda it is a trick to find the right amount of keywords required to get to the top of Google through a proper on-page optimization plan. The present Google update has very tight filters is what has shaken the blog community.

The truth is that Google has changed the liking for links. The on-page optimization factors do not change as of now. So said there is no need for you to revise the keyword density that you may require to rank higher in Google.

A keyword density of 5-6% would be just fine for any site to rank well with Google.

How To Use Keywords To Build High Traffic Blog

Keywords are the basic means for building a high traffic blog. Search engines bring a major amount of the traffic to our blog freely and rely heavily on the keywords and keyword phrases in our post for ranking us in their indexes. Search engine optimization is fundamentally all about playing with the right keywords and building a few links with proper anchor texts containing the right keywords which will give your blog some quick high traffic.

It is always advisable to run blogs which are very keyword specific. Target a keyword phrase at first using a good keyword research tool. keep on posting articles and the blog will gain popularity provided you provide unique search engine optimized content. This is the bare basic requirement for building a high traffic blog. After all it just takes a few minutes to get the right keyword suggestions which are not yet targeted by anyone on the Internet so far. The rest of the game is much easier after the research part is over.

Use the least competent phrase as the title of your blog. Though this will not give you a high traffic but it will definitely give you a good start. Add a few posts, build proper links till you get a good traffic of at least fifty visitors per day. Many webmasters say that you need at least twenty posts to have a successful blog. If that is the case, how come I came across a blog which had only one post and got a traffic of at least five hundred visitors per day? Because it topped the Google search results for a search term which was not targeted by other competitors. The reason why anyone writes a blog is because he knows a few things very well and he wants to share the same with the whole world through a proper channel.

Updating your site too often brings a good quick traffic. I have tried it and yes it works. It works really very well. Update ten posts and you will find Google sending you fifty people to your blog. According to Google a proper well built blog should have at least 250 posts. You got the answer, prepare for those posts now if you want your site to be recognized as a standard site by Google. Google loves content. It is content and not keywords which give traffic to the article directories. Most of the sites like Digg, Facebook and Orkut are loved by Google because their content keeps on changing very often. And of course the content is unique too.

Smaller blogs need to have a good SEO strategy. If you are not good at SEO let someone else handle that job for you. Links and keywords are all that are needed to win the Google game. Use keywords properly and the links will automatically come at a later time with proper anchor texts. You need not search for getting keyword specific anchor links to your site on other sites. Just use the right keywords properly and build a few links through a few high PR sites (link directories or article directories or even social bookmarking or social networking sites). You will see the results very quickly in the form of increasing traffic statistics.

Keyword optimization basically deals with using the right set of keywords for the right blog. If you win the first part, the site just goes viral. One thing which is most important for having a high traffic site is a proper search engine optimization plan. Later you just need to tell Google that you are live and it takes care of the search engine optimization part. I don't know if you see Matt Cutts blog or not, but, that's what he suggests to the webmasters: use the right set of keywords, build a few links and let the site go viral. Traffic automatically comes in for a good site which has keyword rich content. But, rather than having a high traffic blog it is more better to have a blog which gets targeted visitors. Keyword is the only way using which you can build a good quality blog which gets high traffic of targeted visitors.

How To Avoid Getting Banned For Keyword Spamming

In order to avoid your site from getting into the keyword spam category follow the following ten golden rules:

  1. Do not let the keyword density of your blog posts be greater than 7%.
  2. Do not go on doing comment spamming (it is the easiest way of getting your site banned from Google).
  3. Do not let the anchor texts have the same keyword phrases being repeated time and again. Tell Google about all the different keyword phrases you want to target for, by using different keyword phrases in different anchor text links. Anchor texts are the best way to tell Google about the exact keyword phrase you are targeting.
  4. Do not post two titles having nearly the same meaning or the same content. Search engines do not like it.
  5. Do not use your main keyword more than three times in your meta tags.
  6. Do not use primary keyword more than two times in the title of your post.
  7. Do not use the same site description for link building while submitting your site to the link building directories.
  8. Do not repeat your keyword in the anchor text: it looks odd and is definitely not accepted by the search engines.
  9. Do not link to your site two times from the same webpage (it is not a spam, but it does not help you in any way).
  10. No need to repeat the keyword many times in the URL.
Getting your site recognized as a spam is the worst thing you can do to yourself and to your blog. Overuse of keywords is also not necessary as it is not going to help you in these times as it did a decade back. The main thing is to have a professional blog and to keep it updated all the time. The more you update your blog, the more will it be loved by Google. The main keywords phrase of your blog should repeat at least a few times in every post. Surprising enough, when a topic becomes viral, Google itself does the link building part for it. Every blogger has this experience in his blogging career.

Follow the above ten golden rules and you are absolutely safe in your blog journey. The thing Google loves the most is to see the content of a site changing all the time. Google is like the Hutch dog, you just need to use the right biscuit to make it come closer to you and get friendly (that's what most of the SEO ebooks say). Not to forget that again it is sensible use of keywords and proper on-page optimization that gives the initial push to your site in the Google organic search results. You push the keyword trick a little higher and Google punishes you very badly. Additional suggestions which can help webmasters avoid the keyword spam can be left behind in the comments section.

What Is Keyword Spam

In earlier times when people came to know about a flaw in Google's algorithm, people started something which Google later called as keyword spamming. Webmasters then came to know that by stuffing too many keywords into their post they could easily come to the topmost posts of Google. But, what about the readers reading the blog. Nobody would love to read a page which had nothing to do with what they were searching for on the web and instead consisted only of keywords stuffed throughout the topic.

After this, Google has today tightened its filters so much that even if you are not included in a intended spam, Google may possibly recognize your site as a spam site. However, there was one more thing which bothered Google. Webmasters had started putting too many keywords in their post and they matched the color of the keywords to the background color of their blog. And this really irritated all the major search engines.

Unfortunately, with the introduction of the spam filters, it is not the spammers who are getting banned by Google, instead it is the newbies who have just started SEO with their blogs who are getting banned. Black hatters do keyword spamming even today. They know that they will get caught some day, but, hey, they build too many mini sites using the spam methods known to them.

Why Keyword Research For Beginners

Why is keyword research always suggested for beginners? If done properly keyword research pays off very well. First the keyword for the title of your blog, then for your URL,s then for your blog posts. It is keyword research I am speaking about. The reason is simple: it's free. But, if done properly and intelligently, the whole web is yours to enjoy. And the best part: keyword research has become very easy with the introduction of the keyword research tools that are available freely online.

With so many free keyword research tools blooming in the webmaster's world, it is not much difficult to choose a good one. The one by Google is my favorite. Whenever you think of a keyword do some keyword research and you will get at least twenty five topics at hand (leaving apart the competition stuff).

The next thing which helps you in keyword research is: you get to know about the competition and the number of competitors. If you are so bored and do not like going through a keyword research tool try entering the term in the Google search engine and see the number of results. If the number of sites is greater than a million forget about it, target the one which does not have so many sites competing for it. Anything till 25,000 is just fine.

Do not forget to put the main target keyword in the main URL. Once this is done, build the blog with keywords spread uniformly throughout the blog, making your site look less like a spam site. By the time you write a few hundred posts you will already be enjoying some one-way free back links. There are many people out there who respect creativity and research. Next, just search for sites related to your field and try to build a few quality links. Using comments is not much advisable. Use the article directories instead. remember: a blog is never a hit till it goes viral.

Why Do Webmasters Give So Much Importance To Keywords

You must have heard many webmasters stressing on the need and importance of keywords. Why does every SEO ebook start with keywords? There are a few simple facts about keywords which many webmasters have learnt and experienced. The simple matter of fact is: if you have learnt how to use keywords properly you have already become an SEO expert.

Google loves keyword rich sites. Keywords are always stressed about in every SEO ebook at the very first few chapters of the book because: it is easy to learn, easy to follow and the results are also very quick. Of all the things SEo deals with, if you achieve perfection in the keyword theory you can actually rank very well in Google for the exact keyword or keyword phrase that you have been targeting for through your blog.

Keywords are a great fun provided you get to see the forth coming results in Google. Play with them till you get perfect and you will find traffic and one-way backlinks coming all the way to your site and this doesn't need much effort from your side. Remember a blog is a great research put forth by you freely to the world in front of you. But what if no eyes turn towards your creation?

If an article is keyword rich and well informative the links are built automatically. You do not need to go all around the web world searching for back-links to your site (which in most of the cases are generally useless). The best thing you can do in order to get noticed is to build links to your site using the article directories. The directories will tell you to keep the keyword density low, why? Because they do not target any specific keyword in particular. Article directories get a major part of their traffic because of the frequently updated content on their site.

Keywords bring you a targeted audience which is much benevolent for you and for your sponsorers equally. It has been found that keyword specific sites get sponsorers and advertizers very easily. repetitive keywords also help the search engines to know what exactly you are speaking about. Google webmaster tools also deals with keywords. The whole internet has much to do with the search engines which in turn have much to do with keywords and keyword phrases. So that makes clear why keywords are so important in the SEO world.

Why USe Keywords

Why do we use keywords so much in SEO:

1. Because Google loves it.
2. It makes you site more search engine friendly.
3. It makes things much clearer and specific for the search engines.
4. It gives you higher rankings in the search results.
5. It helps us to get targeted visitors.
6. Conversion and CTR is great.

Actually search engines work on the keyword formula. The person who understands this clearly has passed half of the examination. The resta half is all about gathring information and updating your blog way too often.

In the rules given out to the webmasters, the importance of keywords has been highly stressed. Google wants the webmasters to focus much on building a quality website and let google do the rest. But, we humans are impatient. Link building gives very quick results no doubt, but, hey- even link building needs you to have keywords stuffed in the anchor text.

Keywords help the webmasters in dominating Google, it helps Google in maintaining a good search result index and finally it helps the visitors to search our site and of course help us (the webmasters) in earning a living out of it.

There are many webmasters who never did any SEO and are dominating Google just with the help of a proper keyword optimization strategy. Yes, Google loves quantitative and quality efiicient sites. But how much can a single person write? We just need to do what Google loves. After all, it brings both money as well as fame to our pockets!

Getting Targeted Traffic

Many SEO experts will tell you that you need something called as targeted visitors in order to get good conversions. What do they mean by targeted traffic? As we all know targeted traffic is basically the traffic that you get from the search engines for the specific keyword term which is being targeted by you in the post. Let us take a quick look at the advantages of targeted traffic:

1. The audience will be interested in your post because you are giving them exactly what they were looking for.
2. Your promoted products get sold out very easily.
3. The longer time people spend on your site, the greater will be your chances to top the organic search rankings.
4. Higher profit.
5. Returning visitors.
6. Flood of comments (which is again great from the SEO point of view).

Let us now take a quick look at how you can get targeted visitors:

1. There is only one thing which has to be understood properly by one and all: targeted visitors can be obtained only if you use keywords properly.
2. Use keywords in the title.
3. Repeat the keywords more in the first and last paragraph.
4. Give internal links to other posts of your site through the keyword which is targeted in the current post.
5. Stuff keyword phrases intelligently throughout the post.
6. Vary the phrase in the anchor text without varying the primary and secondary keyword.
7. Highlight your primary keyword and keyword phrase to tell Google what your post is specifically about.
8. Use keyword in the URL.

That's it half the work is done. If you do on-site SEO properly off-site SEO automatically kicks in. Google loves sites which change their content many times. USe this along with the power of keywords and almost everything is set up for a glorious search engine friendly site which brings a flood of targeted visitors to your website/blog.

Importance Of Keywords In SEO

Importance of keywords in the SEO world is something which the SEO experts are most familiar about. Blogs are meant to make things easy to understand and short. I would like to give all my clarification regarding keywords and why the keywords are considered to be such an important concept of SEO. If you study tits and bits of SEO it is of no use. You will be clueless and blank and will not know where to go. It is always better to follow a few SEO strategies perfectly rather than following all the SEO strategies and staying clueless as to why your blog is not getting the necessary traffic. That is the main reason why I stress beginners to use keywords strategy and achieve perfection in it before doing further SEO research.

The importance of keywords in the SEO world is:

1. Keywords tell Google what your post is speaking specifically about, which in turn makes it easy for Google to place your post in its vast index.
2. The density of the keyword tells Google the exact term which is being targeted by you. Constantly repeating the same term ensures Google that you are not just revolving around the topic and are hitting the bull's eye without doing much stunts.
3. Keyword rich posts are topic specific and are considered to be standard and helpful to the user (according to the Engineers of Google).
4. Google and many other search engines give prime weight-age to the keyword which is being targeted by your post. Keyword density plays a major role for the search engines to decide what your blog is mainly speaking about.
5. With keywords and keyword phrases distributed evenly acrosss the whole document you are telling Google what keyword phrase you want to rank for in its search index.
6. A keyword phrase in the title tells Google a specific phrase which Google indexes in its index or creates it if it does not already exist (this definitely makes your post first in the search index).
7. Keywords pointing to other sites through anchor text tells Google what you expect your visitors to be interested in!
8. The keyword phrase in the anchor text which you use in order to build one-way backlinks from other sites to your site helps Google to understand its importance as a vote from a standard site (which is also competing for the same keyword) to a piece of valuable information.

People generally see the fact: how important is it for Google and end up doing lots of link building in their attempt to impress the search engine and in turn end up getting banned by the major search engine giant. What people forget to watch is: keyword is a useful SEO strategy to be used just because it is stressed upon by Google. Even today I have seen many people stuffing too many keywords and getting lots and lots of traffic, comments and money of course even if the post has not been properly structured. Quality of a blog is very very important if you want to see good SEO results. The importance of keyword in SEO is vast and yet many webmasters neglect it. Good for those who are doing keyword SEO!

Keyword Phrases | Keyword Phrases For Proper SEO

Keyword phrases is another very much important keyword optimizing strategy. Keyword phrases can take you a long way along the path of SEO and help you reap tons and tons of traffic off the internet. This post will tell you what are keyword phrases and how can they be helpful to you in pulling tons and tons of traffic off the internet.

Keyword phrase is a tail end keyword (according to SEO terms). The tail-end keyword is nothing but is a phrase which will have very few people targeting it. Say for example 'car' is a keyword, 'buy the best car' is a keyword phrase. This keyword will have less competition as compared to the keyword car in general. And this will also bring you targeted traffic thus increasing your chances of selling something and making good money out of it.

Keyword phrases have many advantages:

1. It gives you targeted traffic.
2. It makes the chances of converting the traffic higher.
3. Keyword phrases help you cover a lot of topics which are not yet covered by other webmasters.
4. Your chances of ranking higher in the search engines get very high.
5. Most of the search engines encourage webmasters to use good keyword phrases which gives visitors exactly what they are searching for.
6. Having keyword phrases stuffed in your site is a good SEO practice.
7. Link building becomes easier and more specific.
8. You need not worry about competition because not many webmasters target keyword phrases (that's one reason why they fail to build a successful site).

What more do we need? Keyword phrases have to be used intelligently. If you are a keyword SEO expert trust me: you do not need a link building campaign at all (provided, you do it properly without much hassles). Building a successful website needs a good SEO expert equipped with intelligence and a little smartness. Play with a few keyword phrases and see the result for yourself.

Being a long time internet webmaster I have observed one thing: we cannot expect quick changes in the publisher world. The slower the changes, the better are your chances with the search engines. Do not forget to do some experiment with keyword phrases. A few keyword phrases here, a few keyword phrases there and traffic will be coming from everywhere.

How to Use Keyword SEO

Keyword SEO is a very important part in building a successful website which can bring in tons of traffic (targeted keyword specific) and thus make you lots of money online. SEO is one of the main things which makes earning online difficult to so many bloggers. The good new is that keyword SEO is easy and can bring in very quick results in terms of keyword specific traffic and also in terms of keyword specific link building (natural and free from sites which also target the same keyword that you are targeting). I will tell about how keywords will help you in getting a few handful links to your site, but, before that you need to make some friendship with the search engine through keyword SEO.

Let me get to this part very quickly if you have an informative blog (with proper keyword SEO) the search engines will definitely love you. I have spent days after days reading hundreds of ebooks about keywords, SEO, link building, etc. and have finally concluded that in order to top the search engines your site needs to run high on keyword and link building drugs. If you think overstuffing your site with too many keywords is black hat or sapm let me tell you: you are wrong. The search engines are the ones who want us (the webmasters) to stuff our sites with too many keywords, why? It makes their work easy: the keywords and keyword phrases in your document tell the search engines exactly what it has been looking for.

If you use the keyword properly according to SEO rules of the search engines you are definitely going to win the battle. Sitting in the house and expecting Google to find your site and rank it high is not a joke. You just need to be a bit smart. The only reason why webmasters do not tell you their SEO and keyword strategy is because they do not want their cometition to win. Moreover all webmasters are marketers and all they do is to give you a set of affiliate links and tell you to buy a useless piece of shit. I have built this bog on pure keyword SEO without much efforts on link building (except for getting indexed). I will show you how the links to my site will build up gradually without my need of putting much efforts in it.

First and foremost stuff your first and last paragraphs with as many keywords as possible (do not make it look un-natural). Use the keyword phrase throughout your middle body uniformly (no need of extra keyword stuffing here). Use the keyword phrase exactly as you wish to target in the main heading (repeat if you have two keywords to optimize your post for). Use keywords smartly and stuff them throughout the site.

It is always mandatory that you target only one keyword for your site as it makes keyword SEO easier and makes your site stand out as a good recognized and official site in the eyes of the search engines. Use the keyword in the URL (this part of keyword SEO is vfery important). Highlight a few keywords (this is a proper way of doing some very good keyword SEO). That's it you have a good keyword SEO site which cn bring in loads of traffic: no. Of course there is keyword specific link building still left. Not to forget keyword density too (which I will be speaking of in yet another post). Start some keyword SEO today and keep in touch with my keywords blog and I will let you know about my advancements in my research.

Keyword And Keyword Density

Keywords and keyword density is one of the most debated topics in white, grey and the black hat world. SEO experts know about keyword, keyword density and many other things which affect the SEO status of a site. The one whi knows how to play with keywords and keywords density is regarded to be a real SEO expert (in my words a black hat expert).

Once upon a time the significance of keyword density was such a bane that people started stuffing their articles with as many keywords as possible. To make things easier for the reader certain keywords which were stuffed at odd places were given the background color of the article so that the article looked blank at certain places which the visitors ignored very quickly. But now, if you change the color of your keyword to match it with the background color your site will be de-indexed from Google on the suspicion of spamming.

The general question which haunts every publisher is how much keyword density is too much keyword density. Experts who have written SEO books claim that anything between 5-7% is ideal and should not alarm the search engines. But, what percentage gets higher rank? The thing is up to you to decide. Web publishing and SEO is all about trial and error. Do not do your trial and error of keyword density with your permanent site. Instead do it with a site which is a temporary site and is still under construction and still gaining popularity.

It is always better to go for higher keyword density, but, the problem is readability. Even though I find many blogs which have a high keyword density which does not irritate its visitors so much. Some web masters purposefully make their blogs irritating by stuffing many keywords into it and to get higher keyword density which would thus give them a higher ranking in the organic results of Google. And, this also has an advantage that people who are looking forward to leave their sites will do so through the ads that they have on their site and thus make some quick money from their keyword rich blogs. Visitors are welcome to share any information regarding keywords and keyword density in the comments section.

Keywords And SEO

If you have read a any book regarding search engine optimisation (SEO) you must have noted the significance of keywords in it. but proper search engine optimisation is very much necessary if you want a sudden surge in the traffic status of your site. If you put your site on SEO drugs Google will think that you are trying to spam it and it will ban you blog for no clear reason.

Keywords play a very important in SEO (search engine optimisation). The higher the keyword density or keyword phrase density in the topic greater will be the chance that your site be ranked higher in the organic search results of google. Isn't this what SEO actually means. Does this mean that higher keyword density means higher rank? Actually I would love it if it were so. But, the truth is actually something else.

There are certain places where the keyword density and keyword phrase density have a larger effect on the search results of Google. Let us see what are the important places in a blog post which should have a proportionately higher keyword density placed in it.

First and foremost make sure that you title contains the exact search phrase which your user will type while searching for your post. The title should tell your user exactly what the whole post is about (hence the main keyword phrase should always be clearly typed in your post title).

The next part where you can stuff a maximum of three keywords or keyword phrases is your meta-tag. though this may not really help you in getting a higher traffic, but, it will definitely help the search engine to know the keywords and keyword phrases that you have targeted in your post.

The next most important places where you keyword and keyword phrase density should be high is the first and the last paragraph of your post. How much should be the keyword density? This part of keyword SEO will be spoken about in yet another post. Additional information about keywords and SEO can be left behind in the comments section.

Keywords | Importance Of Keywords

Keywords and their significance while optimising a web site play a vital role in bringing traffic to a website. If you think that people will come from Google to your blog searching for the keyword you have targeted then you are slightly wrong. In this article we will see keywords and their importance from a search engine's point of view.

If you are familiar with the working of a search engine you must know how the search engine scans through the whole document to extract what it thinks is the most important part of your document. There are many factors that affect your rank in the search engines.

Keyword phrase: This is one topic which I would like to stress a lot on. The first thing which the search engine searches on your site is the primary keyword. A blog dealing with cars with have its primary keyword as car or cars. Then the keyword phrase will be searched for within the document. Keyword phrase is generally found in titles. For example if there is a post about latest cars, then latest cars will be the keyword phrase within the document.

Keyword relevancy: Google will have indexed several pages about cars. These sites will be very old and will have a very strong effect on the ranking that you get on the Google index. But, the good news is that you can actually come first in the search results of Google for the keyword phrase latest cars (provided that you have done proper seo to this keyword phrase). Your document will be given weight-age depending on the number of times that you have used this keyword in your document. Thus the more the number of times a keyword phrase repeats in a document the higher will be the rank given to it by Google.

Importance of keywords in links: It is a well known fact that Google sends its spiders to a few blogs many a times as they are updated very quickly from time to time. If you plan to get some quick traffic to your blog you need to put the link of your blog in these sites. Some people prefer doing article marketing for promotion yet other find social book-marking to be an easy task. In both the cases you need to put the link of your blog on those sites for which you need an anchor text. If you use your keyword or keyword phrase in this document you site will get a boost in its ranking for the keyword through which Google will enter your site! This works out very well and tells you avbout the importance of keywords very quickly. Also view the following new posts

Keyword Research | Keyword Research Tool

Keyword research is one of the toughest and most important part of a SEO strategy. Every SEO effort starts with keyword research. Ask any person doing SEO to optimise your blog and he will start his work with keyword research. Let us take a close look at what this keyword research is all about?

Keyword research requires you to have a keyword research tool first. There are many sites which offer this feature to you. One of the most important features of a keyword research tool is the ease of use. Although all the keyword research tools will be easy to use, it is up to you to choose whether you will opt for a free tool or a paid one.

The best keyword research tool so far has been Google keywords research tool which is basically designed for Google Adwords customers of Google. This is one of the greatest tools I have met till today and always tops my list. Whatever keyword you want to inspect just enter it into this live web page and Google will do the rest for you.

Please note that there is a competitors section in this site. this section is my favorite section as it tells you all about the number of competitors in the market and the number of impressions that the particular search term gets in the Google search engine.

That's it. You just need to choose one keyword research term which has high demand and less competitors. Half the work is done. The rest half of the keyword research includes promoting your post to get high ranking in google for the keyword phrase that you are competiting for after looking into your keyword research tool. Keyword research is one of the most important part of SEO. Rest of the keyword research is about the keyword density that is required to get the maximum benefit out of your blog.
